Launched in July 2021, the Creative Occupation is an inclusive community, movement, and tool for the collective professional development of creatives in the UK. The Creative Occupation exists to help guide those working in the creative industries on their career journeys, so that they can fulfil their potential and occupy more space in their chosen fields.

Shillington is the original graphic design bootcamp. Their innovative approach to design education means students achieve amazing results in a seriously short amount of time (our founder can attest to this!). Shillington has been helping students kickstart their design careers since 1997, and now, The Creative Occupation is proud to help them on their journeys post-graduation with 90 DAYS FREE. Students, Shillumni & friends, request your custom sign up link today.
Fuse is a global creative platform dedicated to elevating the voices and work of creatives of colour. Beginning as part of a final-year university project in 2019, Fuse now has chapters across different cities, including Barcelona, Birmingham, Leeds & more, with incredible hosts taking charge of each one. We’re proud to have teamed up with Fuse to deliver a peer partnership programme; enabling creatives of colour to learn from one another, encourage each other, and progress in their careers, together. Members can apply for the programme now!
